Leaving your pet with a stranger is never an easy decision, and I’m sure you have a lot of questions about how it works. I’ve compiled some of the most common questions into the list below. If you want further information, just get in touch.
What does my overnight include?
Overnight pet care hours of operations are 8PM - 8 AM Monday - Thursday and 9PM - 8 AM Friday - Sunday.
Included: Two included drop-ins for your pets during the day- One midday drop-in/walk/potty break, the second can be a dinner drop in depending on your pet's dinner time. We are happy to provide additional drop-ins and earlier arrival and departure times if available.

Additional Drop-Ins: $25

Extended Care: 2-6 additional hours: +50% of the nightly rate or 6+ additonal hours: =100% of the nightly rate.

Holidays: $15 surcharge

50% deposit is due at time of booking
What is your cancellation policy?
For overnight stays we kindly ask that you inform us minimum of 7 days prior to your booking, failure to do so will lack in return of your deposit.
For drop in/walks we kindly ask that you inform us of any changes 24 hours prior to.
Do you offer pick up/drop off services?
Yes, we can take your pet to the vet or grooming appointments. If hosting at sitters, we are available for pickup and drop off.
